SHIPMENTS & RETURNS

Our products are shipped with care and safety via the couriers DHL, GLS, Fedex within 2-3 working days. It will be our pleasure to send a notification email containing all the order details and the waybill number when the product is shipped.

The cost of shipping in Italy is € 3.90.

Shipping is free for orders over € 30.

To protect our customers and to comply with hygiene regulations, Permano does not accept returns of sanitizing products.

As for returns and exchanges caused by damaged and / or non-functional product, the shipment will be at our expense and the return will take place within 5-7 working days following the quality control carried out by us of the returned product.
