USER PROVIDED CONTENT
Users are responsible for their own and third-party content that they share on Permano, by uploading them, inserting content or in any other way. Users release the Owner from any liability in relation to the unlawful dissemination of third party content or the use of Permano, in ways that are contrary to the law.
The Owner does not carry out any type of moderation of the content published by the User or by third parties, but undertakes to intervene in the face of reports from Users or orders issued by public authorities in relation to content deemed offensive or illegal.
The only rights granted to the Owner in relation to the content provided by Users are those necessary for the functioning and maintenance of Permano.
Registered Users can deactivate their accounts, request their deletion or stop using the Service at any time, through the Permano interface or by contacting the Owner directly.
The Owner, in case of violation of these Terms, reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account at any time and without notice.
Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the owner's discretionary acceptance.
The User must select the products and check out, after carefully checking and possibly modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming the order and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping and payment costs indicated in the order summary form.
The Order Processing Receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract takes place when the Order Confirmation is sent by the Owner to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order by communicating to the User within 20 days of purchase, at the email address associated with his purchase, the possible unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case, the Owner will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.
Payment can be made with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard credit card, Visa-Electron, g pay, apple pay, amex. Prices do not include shipping costs.
The checkout will be done in Euros (EUR) using the current exchange rate at that time.
You can use your credit card safely in our online shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure, a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard. If your card is marked as non-3D Secure or if you have problems with non-3D Secure data (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Secure etc.), we recommend that you contact your bank to confirm if there is a problem and to make sure that your card is 3D Secure.
TAX / TAX FREE
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reaches its destination country. All these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Permano has no control over the additional costs in connection with customs clearance. You can check with local customs officials or the post office for more information on import taxes / duties applicable to your online order.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
In case of purchase, you have 7 days from the day you received the product to return the unused items. You have the right to ask to exchange an item with a different fragrance by contacting us via email. If the item is no longer available, you will still receive a full refund. Returned items must be packed in the original packaging. The customer is required to pay shipping costs, which may vary. If you wish to exchange an item with a different color, you have 7 days from the day you received the product to exchange the item.
COMPLAINTS / DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you have received a defective item or a wrong product, it will be returned to you simply as described above. If we believe your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping and refund you the shipping costs equivalent to the initial shipping costs. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the item price. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not reached a final solution together, you can finally file a complaint with the European Commission's online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Damaged or used products, even if only partially, are not replaced or reimbursed. The User must insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and not suitable for being returned for hygienic reasons or are connected to the protection of health and have been open after delivery.
All items are shipped by post parcel with GLS, DHL or FedEx. You have the possibility to track your package through the '' track and trace '' service until the moment of delivery. Once the package is received, you should inspect the goods. If the packaging and / or the contents are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
