SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our products are shipped with care and safety via the couriers DHL, GLS, Fedex within 2-3 working days. It will be our pleasure to send a notification email containing all the order details and the waybill number when the product is shipped.

The cost of shipping in Italy is € 3.90.

Shipping is free for orders over € 30.

As for returns and / or exchanges caused by damaged and / or non-functional product, the shipment will be at our expense and the return will take place within 5-7 working days following the quality control that will be carried out by us of the returned product.

As for returns or product changes for different fragrances, the cost of the return and the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
